Oh god, the beauty...
I drove home from work this morning listening to “That Home” by The Cinematic Orchestra on repeat.
I wept the whole way home.
Between the intensely beautiful music behind what is the most perfectly poetic, heartfelt and meaningful (to me) lyrics,
How could I not weep?
a night of good luck,
3 times to be precise.
1) got off early in time to go to Macy’s before they close to get some last few gifts. Saves me a trip all the way to Louisville super early in the morn.
2) lady at lush said they were out of my face mask but found one that expires in a week and just gave it to me for free.
3) went to my old Walgreens for a couple of last few things. Told an old buddy (the cashier)...

& now it has caught up with me.
